A Mustache of Thanksgiving.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank those who have contributed to production of my documentary.

First and foremost I need to thank my beautiful wife Marie for putting up with my crazy ideas and supporting. Thank you to my family who have been the main donors of my film, so thank you Bill and Julie Swenson, Travis and Jeanne Swenson, Ryan Swenson, Natalie Swenson, and David and Sondra Swenson. Thank you all once again. I'd also like to thank Leah Williams for her donation and for being awesome.

Dottie Cashero gets a BIG THANK YOU for being an excellent producer. She was solely responsible for our interview with Ron Jeremy and both of our trips to L.A. She secured placeless for us to stay the night and locations for our interviews, without costing us a dime. Thanks again Dottie, and thanks Damon for driving and for your contributions.

Thank you Aldo Montijo for your Kevin Johnson Mustache American of the Year Award flyer they were great.

Thank you Sunne Roller for your donation.

Thank you Brandon McFarland for forwarding me this "The Tick" cartoon clip, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-e6cetQBawE&feature=youtube_gdata_player
I'm going to use it.

Last of all Thank You for reading this and my other posts, I hope you have enjoyed your self.

Thats all I have for now. If I have forgotten you personal message me and I'll take care of you.

A Great Day for a Mustache.

The Mustache documentary crew and I had a wonderful experience on Monday. It was a big day, we interviewed the adult film star Ron Jeremy.

I feel Ron is one of the people who is responsible for the stigmas attached to the mustache in modern society. He has had a mustache from the age of 17 and has worn one throughout his "acting" career.

We interviewed him on a bluff in Pacific Palisades, CA. The view was amazing and if we could have gotten a little cloud cover it would have been perfect.

I'm still trying to get out to the 'Stache Bash in St. Louis, but after these two trips down to L.A. I find that I am a little short on funds, as a matter of fact I'm about broke. If you could donate funds to the production of my film they will be well spent.

I would need about $900 to travel with a small crew the 1,970 miles to St. Louis, MO. We will be staying a few days to interview the American Mustache Institute staff, and finalists for the "Robert Goulet Memorial Mustache American of the Year" Award.

Please help me finish my documentary. The 'Stache Bash is December 4th.

The funny thing about a Mustache is, that it grows on you.

This Weekend my crew and I were running down a lead in Los Angeles.

We interviewed Alexander Antebi, The 2007 Imperial Mustache World Champion.

Alex is a great guy, who has had manny unique experiences competing in international facial hair competitions. We interviewed him at his parents house in Beverly Hills. The house had an amazing view to accompany Alex's amazing mustache.

Dottie, through her persistence and dedication has been able to secure an interview with Ron Jeremy.

I'm taking a lot more equipment down to L.A. with me this weekend and I have been seriously considering renting a van for the weekend, but I'm a little short on funds.

If you could help me in this endeavor your mustache will always be full and luxurious.

Exciting News on the Mustache Front.

My devoted producer Dottie has been working hard to line up interviews with mustached celebrities. Last week she got in contact with Ron Jeremy's people, (Ron Jeremy is an adult film star.) It's a promising lead and would be a great interview for my film.

The only shooting I did this week was gathering B-roll of Sacramento for the man on the street segment I have and will continue to shoot until the poles close for the Mustache American of the Year Award. We got a little crazy with our camera and put it out my sun roof.

The shots look great. Next time I'll have someone else drive and I'll watch a monitor in the back seat.
I might be going to L.A. this weekend to speak to Alex Antebi, who in 2009 competed in the World Beard and Mustache Championships. He has some great insight into mustache culture.
